Welcome to varial.world, operated by Varial* ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products All prints are made to order and produced by our print-on-demand partner Gelato. Images, colors, and dimensions may vary slightly from screen representations due to monitor calibration and print processes.

2. Intellectual Property All photographs displayed and sold on varial.world are the exclusive property of Varial*. Purchasing a print does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our images is strictly prohibited.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in local currency unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Shipping Orders are produced and shipped worldwide by Gelato. Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability Varial* shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
