Return & Refund Policy
All prints sold on varial.world are made to order and produced by our print-on-demand partner. As each piece is uniquely crafted for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at varialstudio at gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
We will arrange something
Lost Orders If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with our production partner and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production has already begun and cancellation is no longer possible.
